Always verify bank details before transferring
If you receive an email asking you to send money to a new or updated account — even if it appears to come from us — please verify before acting. A phone call is recommended but not required. What matters most is that you cross-check our account details and payment methods directly on this site before every transfer.
How to Verify Before You Pay
Check the proforma invoice
All payment details appear on your official proforma invoice issued by Ichinomiya Motors. Cross-check them with the details on our Bank Details page.
Call us to confirm
Calling +81 70-6516-6246 or +81 80-4856-4445 before transferring is recommended. If you prefer not to call, simply verify the account details on our Bank Details page — the numbers there are always up to date.
Send your receipt
After payment, email your transfer receipt to sales@ichinomiyamotors.jp so we can match it to your order quickly.
Official Payment Channels Only
Ichinomiya Motors only accepts payment to the following verified channels. Full account details are available on the Bank Details page.
Any request to pay to an account not listed on our official Bank Details page should be treated as fraudulent. Contact us immediately.
Red Flags — Stop and Call Us
- An email asks you to send payment to a different account than what is on your proforma invoice
- You receive urgent payment pressure or a "last chance" offer you did not request
- The email domain looks slightly off — our official email is @ichinomiyamotors.jp. Our websites are ichinomiya-motors.com (international) and ichinomiyamotors.com (Japan). Any other domain is not us.
- You are asked to keep the transaction confidential
- Payment details change without confirmation from our team via phone call, official email, or another contact method approved by our company
